MOVE-IN AND MOVE-OUT DATES
Vendor move-in is on Friday , July 18 after 12 noon and move-out is on Sunday, July 20 after 7:00 p.m. If you are arriving earlier than Friday, or have special merchandise arrival needs that will come through the loading dock, please let Justin know ASAP.
VENDOR AREA HOURS
The Vendor area will open to the public on Friday, June 18 at 12 noon and will close on Sunday at 8:00 p.m. This may be subject to minor change and we will keep you notified. Sat: 10 a.m.-11:30 p.m., Sun 10 a.m.- 7 :00 p.m.
SECURITY IN VENDOR AREA-AFTER HOURS
We will provide security guards in the vendor area in the night. But basic security of your merchandise items and insurance is your responsibility.
BOOTH DESIGN
Your booth will contain a drape and pole area with 3 ft divider walls on either sides with an 8 ft table and 2 chairs. A booth number and name banner will be provided for you. You may hang an additional banner with S hooks on the back that will fit on the poles. Please note you will not be allowed to pin or stick anything on the drapes. No Fevicol or scotch tapes please.
ISLAND BOOTHS
These are for our top sponsors and they will provide an open ambience vendor opportunity around the central lounge.
These island booths will have skirted tables, but no drapes and poles.
EXACT BOOTH ALLOCATION
We are very close to finalizing the exact booth allocation number for each vendor on the vendor area layout. The show contractor is putting final touches to our layout design and we will share the layout with you very soon.
Booth allocations have been made keeping several complex requirements, sponsorship and tier levels and US mandated protocols in the mind. We can assure you that the unique layout design will be great from a traffic flow perspective for ALL the vendors.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Any additional fixture needs for your booths such as spot lights, display cases, furniture, special sign stands are all possible, but have to be ordered for an additional price through Justin only. If you have such special needs, please contact them ASAP and they will be glad to help.
TRANSPORTING YOUR GOODS
You can carry your merchandise in small roll-on carts or carry-on bags from your hotel rooms to the booths yourself.
Anything big and bulky in dollies will have to be handled by union labor for extra payment. So plan and pack accordingly.
